Maurice Masse, MD, attended the State University of Haiti, School of Medicine and Pharmacy /University D’Etat D’Haiti in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and received his medical degree in 1970. Upon relocating to the United States, he conducted his psychiatry residency at Elmhurst Hospital Center at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York.
